Which one is better- Free Holds Houses or Condos?

Most 1st time Home buyers particularly the new immigrants do not know the difference between Freehold homes and Condominiums. Some of them have an impression that all high rise buildings are condos and every one homes are freeholds. Some of them assume that each one high rise buildings as well as townhouses are condos and all Semi-Detached and Detached Homes are freehold.



But in actual observe even the semis and detached homes could be condos and even the townhouses could be freeholds and therefore the high rise building could be flat buildings and not Condos.
